Massachusetts Public Accommodation Law
You cannot be discriminated against if you are unable to wear a mask in a in any private business that is open to the general public, i.e. not a private club.
Here is the list of places considered places of “public accommodation”:

The order clearly states that people who are unable to wear a mask do not have to.
